What kind of gemstones do you use?
At ZALEIKA, we exclusively use high-quality moissanite or lab-grown gemstones. We do not support the use of natural diamonds. All lab-grown diamonds are ethically sourced, identical in structure to mined diamonds, and come with certification.
Are all pieces made-to-order?
Yes, all pieces are made-to-order and require 3-4 weeks production time. You will be informed as soon as your piece is ready for shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Once your piece is ready, shipping typically takes 7-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?

Can I return or exchange my piece?
As each piece is made-to-order, we do not accept returns. Exchanges may be possible in certain cases—please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.
